2. Terms & Conditions of Supply

By placing a print manufacturing order with Prince Graphics Private Limited, you agree to the following commercial terms and trade standards.

2.1 Proof Approval & Pre-Press Liability

Clients are provided with digital 3D soft proofs before jobs are released to our Heidelberg 6-color offset presses or HP Indigo lines. Once a proof is approved digitally, Prince Graphics is not liable for spelling errors, incorrect contact details, or low-resolution raster graphics present in the client-approved file.

2.2 Commercial Color Matching (Delta-E Standards)

Colors viewed on uncalibrated RGB computer monitors or mobile screens may vary slightly from subtractive CMYK ink reproduction on physical paper substrates. All manufacturing conforms to ISO 12647-2 commercial offset tolerances (Delta-E < 2.5). Pantone spot colors are matched using authentic Pantone Matching System (PMS) ink formulations.

2.3 Overrun & Underrun Allowances

In accordance with commercial printing industry trade customs, orders of custom packaging and offset printing are subject to a +/- 3% quantity tolerance due to press setup sheets and binding make-readies.

2.4 GST & Tax Compliance

All commercial orders are billed under HSN Code 4911 / 4819 at 18% or 12% GST with valid GSTIN tax invoices eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC).
