Prince Graphics Private Limited ("Prince Graphics", "we", "our", or "us") respects your corporate privacy and is dedicated to protecting client confidential data, artwork files, proprietary packaging die-lines, and contact details collected through our platform.

1.1 Information We Collect

When you place an order, configure jobs on our Instant Quoter, or submit pre-press files, we collect:

• Client Identity: Name, organization name, designation, billing address, and GSTIN number for tax invoices.
• Pre-Press & Artwork Files: PDF, AI, PSD, CDR, and TIFF artwork uploaded for automated CTP plate generation.
• Payment Metadata: Transaction reference IDs (we do NOT store raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs).
• Delivery Coordinates: Contact phone numbers, delivery address, and PIN codes for Blue Dart / Delhivery courier generation.

1.2 Intellectual Property & Artwork Security

All graphic assets, vector files, trademarks, and book manuscripts uploaded to our servers remain 100% the exclusive intellectual property of the client. We do not re-use, publish, or distribute client artworks without explicit prior written authorization.

1.3 Data Protection & Storage

Uploaded artwork files are stored on encrypted cloud volumes and purged after 90 days following order completion unless an active enterprise archival agreement is in place.
