3. Quality Guarantee & Refund Policy

Prince Graphics stands behind our 100% Pressroom Quality Guarantee. Because our products are custom-manufactured to unique client specifications, standard return policies do not apply once ink has been transferred to paper.

3.1 Manufacturing Defect Replacements

If a delivered order exhibits a verifiable manufacturing defect attributable to our plant (e.g. incorrect paper GSM, flawed thermal lamination peeling, binding signature omission, or severe trimming registration errors), we will:

• 100% Free Press Re-run: Prioritize an emergency press run at zero cost to the client within 24–48 hours; or
• Full / Partial Refund: Issue a credit note or direct refund back to the original payment source.

3.2 Claim Window

Defect claims must be filed within 7 business days of delivery with clear photographs and physical sample verification to quality@princegraphics.in.
