5. Order Cancellation Policy

Because custom commercial printing involves substantial upfront raw material allocation (substrates, CTP aluminum plates, custom die-cutting blocks, and ink mixing), the following cancellation terms apply:

5.1 Pre-Press Stage (Before Proof Approval)

If you cancel your order before approving the digital soft proof or before CTP plates are laser imaged, you will receive a 100% full refund minus any custom structural CAD sample costs already incurred.

5.2 Post-Plate Exposure (Before Press Run)

If plates have been imaged and paper has been guillotine-slit to custom press size, a cancellation fee of 25% (covering plate aluminum and unrecoverable prep costs) will be deducted.

5.3 Active Press Run / Finishing Stage

Once the job has commenced printing on our Heidelberg offset or digital presses, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as materials cannot be reused.
